Pricing & Quotes

Setting Competitive Rates
Research local market pricing, factor in your experience, overhead, and service quality. Competitive pricing combined with clear value increases your chances of being selected.

Providing Clear & Detailed Quotes
Always include a clear breakdown of costs, scope of work, timelines, and any exclusions. Transparent quotes help build trust and reduce disputes.

Managing Customer Relationships

Effective Communication
Respond promptly, be professional, and confirm details in writing whenever possible.

Scheduling Best Practices
Clearly agree on dates, times, and expectations before starting the job. Notify customers early if changes are required.

Follow-Ups
After providing a quote or completing a job, follow up to answer questions, confirm satisfaction, and encourage repeat business.
