By using ProviderGate (“Platform”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform or its services.
1. Eligibility
• The Program is open to individuals and businesses aged 18 or older, residing in Canada.
• Affiliates must provide valid personal or business information during registration.
• Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
2. Account Registration
• Users must create an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• You agree to notify ProviderGate immediately if unauthorized access or security breaches occur.
• ProviderGate reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraudulent activity, or violations of these Terms.
3. Services
• ProviderGate does not facilitate bookings or payments between users and service providers. All services are arranged directly between the customer and the provider outside of the Platform.
• ProviderGate acts as a lead generation platform, allowing service providers to purchase leads for potential customers.
• ProviderGate does not charge any service fees or commissions on the services provided.
• ProviderGate is not responsible for the quality, performance, or reliability of any service provider.
4. Payments– affiliate program
• Affiliates earn a flat one-time payout of $10 CAD per qualified referral.
• Payouts are issued monthly, after approval of all qualified referrals.
• Affiliates must reach a minimum payout threshold of $50 CAD before receiving payment.
• Payments are made via Interac e-Transfer, gift card, or cheque, at ProviderGate’sdiscretion.
• ProviderGate reserves the right to withhold or reverse payouts for suspected fraud, disputed jobs, or other violations of these Terms.
5. User Responsibilities
• Users agree to use the Platform lawfully and ethically.
• Users must provide accurate information when requesting services.
• Users must not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behavior on the Platform.
• Users are responsible for any agreements, payments, or disputes with service providers.
6. Intellectual Property
• All content on ProviderGate, including logos, text, images, code, and trademarks, is ownedby SIGMASPAN INC.
• Users may access content for personal or business use only, not for redistribution or commercial purposes without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
• ProviderGate is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of the Platform or the services provided by third-party service providers.
• ProviderGate provides the Platform “as is” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability, or suitability for a specific purpose.
• Users assume all risk when using the Platform.
8. Termination
• ProviderGate may suspend or terminate user accounts at any time for violations of these Terms or fraudulent activity.
• Users may terminate their accounts at any time by contacting support.
• Pending transactions or payouts may be withheld if there are disputes or suspected violations.
9. Governing Law
• These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in British Columbia.
10. Changes to Terms
• ProviderGate reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
• Users will be notified of material changes via email or through the Platform.
• Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
